    Digital delivery is embedded in our approach. We integrate BIM for model-based coordination, time and cost control, and clash detection; MS Project for programme management, and streamlined QA/QC workflows. Site safety and workforce management are supported by One Breadcrumb for digital inductions, personnel tracking and incident logging, keeping multi-jurisdictional projects aligned and transparent.

    Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) leadership underpins everything we do. Giga Scale operates an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

  • Pre construction & PCSA

    Feasibility, risk and buildability reviews, budget modelling, permitting strategy, procurement and logistics planning.

  • Design & build fit out

    White space and server rooms, raised access floors, fire rated enclosures, M&E service integration, supporting offices and welfare areas as required
